Business/Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Business/Project Administrator to join our thriving office on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various business areas, including procurement, finance, estimating, and production teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless project planning and delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the procurement team in managing contracts, tenders, and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and ensure timely payments.
  • Work with the estimating team to develop and maintain project estimates, quotes, and proposals.
  • Assist the production team in coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Establish and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Dynamic and highly organized individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven project/business administration background, preferably in a design studio, architectural practice, or printing industry.
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work in an office environment 5 days a week, with free onsite parking available.
