Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized individual to support our business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our procurement, finance, estimating, and production teams to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement team in managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Work with the estimating team to develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
  • Assist the production team in coordinating project logistics and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Establish and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as required.

Requirements:

  • Dynamic and highly organized individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven project administration experience, preferably in a design studio, architectural practice, or printing company.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
