Key Responsibilities
  • Support the European PR lead in developing and implementing a strategic PR and communications programme that aligns with Zoho's business objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure seamless integration of PR and marketing efforts
  • Work with PR agencies to provide them with the necessary information and resources to drive success, monitor their progress, and review their content
  • Write engaging media content, including blogs, comments, articles, and press releases
  • Research new publications and channels to expand our media reach
  • Analyze and monitor campaigns to determine their effectiveness
  • Assist with media interviews and attendance at industry events

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of PR or related experience, preferably in a technology or software company

  • Proven writing skills across a range of content types
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to find practical solutions

  • Native fluency in English
  • Willingness to learn and self-improve
