Job Title: Tax Partner Designate

TPF Recruitment is supporting a leading firm of chartered accountants in their search for a Tax Partner Designate to join their team in Gravesend, Kent. This position offers a unique opportunity for a tax professional to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax efficient strategies for clients
  • Provide expert advice on complex UK and international tax issues
  • Work closely with the Tax Partners and wider Partners to deliver high-quality tax services
  • Oversee a team of junior tax staff and ensure the quality of tax work is delivered to agreed cost and timescales
  • Engage with local referrers and external third-parties to grow and develop the firm's advisory services
Requirements:
  • CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in tax and a demonstrable passion for working with clients in the public and third sector
  • Experience of a client or customer-facing role
  • Proven experience in client handling and managing a busy portfolio
  • Interest in building client relationships to generate fee-paying work
