About the Role:

As a Support Worker with Praxis Care, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues, autism, learning disabilities, and dementia. Our team provides innovative, professional, and high-quality support services to people across the spectrum of need, particularly at the higher level of complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting greater independence and enhancing life skills.
  • Encourage individuals to engage with the local community and other support services to lead an active and fulfilled life.
  • Work jointly with the staff team to provide group activities and individual support, developing skills and experience.
  • Operate within a range of shifts, including 9am-9pm, to meet the needs of our service users.

Salary Details:

*£21,131 per annum pro rata

*Salary based on 39 hours per week.
