Lead a Team of Dedicated Care Professionals

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to adult clients and their families, while creating personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of carers in providing high-quality care to adult clients
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the needs of each client
  • Provide training and support to carers to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Respond to and investigate clinical complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • RGN with an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style that brings out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT
  • Suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
