Job Title: Lettings Manager

Location: Redditch

Salary: £30,000 Basic, Car Allowance: £3,000, OTE £45,000+

We're seeking a seasoned professional in the world of lettings to drive business success, lead a team, and excel in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop marketing and canvassing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to align sales strategies.
  • Provide in-branch training and coaching for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one reviews and appraisals to ensure team members meet company standards.
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries, both in-person and via phone, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • Previous experience in estate agency.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven effectiveness in achieving personal and team goals.
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
  • Previous people management experience is desirable.
