Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: Redditch
Salary: £30,000 Basic,
Car Allowance: £3,000
OTE: £45,000+

We're seeking a seasoned professional in the world of lettings to drive business success, lead a team, and excel in customer service. As a Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for actively pursuing new business, establishing marketing and canvassing plans, and analyzing market and customer needs to align sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide in-branch training and coaching to staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one reviews and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting company standards.
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries, face-to-face and via telephone, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards to maintain a high level of professionalism.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous experience in estate agency, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
  • Proven effectiveness in achieving personal and team goals, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Previous people management experience, with a strong understanding of leadership principles.
