Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Casino Manager to join our team in Southend-On-Sea. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, driving sales, and controlling costs to drive casino profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of multi-skilled employees to deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across gaming, leisure, and food and beverage.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and control costs, ensuring the casino meets its financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements.
- Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
- Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
Requirements
- Previous casino gaming or hosting experience.
- PML license holder with Duty Manager experience in areas of gaming/hosting and customer service.
- Customer-focused with experience in delivering excellent service in gaming or hosting activities, front of house/reception, F&B, etc.
- Experience of leading a team within a service-driven environment, passion for coaching and developing teams to drive success.
- Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with the wider business.
