Casino Operations Manager

About the Job
Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled Casino Manager to join our team in Southend-On-Sea. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding the principles of safer gambling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the casino management team to maximise performance in all areas, including gaming and hosting.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, control margin and costs, and improve casino profitability.
- Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
- Support the Management Team in driving the performance of the casino, measured against a balanced scorecard of targets covering finance, customer service, and team metrics.
- Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
- Ensure the casino proactively complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and that you are a champion for safer gambling.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent leader, able to coach and mentor teams to drive results. You will also need to be a champion for safer gambling and customer excellence.
