Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Development Manager to join our team at Right Legal Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead the development of private client lawyers across our network.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs for private client lawyers, ensuring they have the skills required to service our clients effectively.
  2. To work closely with internal departments to train legal skills to other roles in the business, driving collaboration and consistency throughout the organization.
  3. To identify and address training needs, developing targeted solutions to optimize case handling capability across the network.

Requirements
  • Wide technical experience and ability in Private Client Law, with a strong understanding of legal issues and their practical applications.
  • Ability to summarize complex legal concepts succinctly, providing confident and practical advice to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
