Job Title: Facilities Management Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Carbon60. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance for our engineers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule maintenance for our engineers, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Book in and respond to any reactive work or breakdowns, assigning tasks to engineers as needed.
  • Ensure that training matrices for soft and operational skills are updated regularly, ensuring that all team members are compliant with training requirements.
  • Support the technical team with timesheet data entry and provide administrative support for the workplace managers.
  • Assist with the administration of workplace inspections and analyze waste data to produce statistics.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a facilities administration role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • IT literacy, with experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
