Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients and customers. You will work closely with our team to create exceptional food experiences that delight our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality food that meets our clients' and customers' expectations
- Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure consistency and quality
- Identify opportunities to improve our food services and implement changes
- Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
- Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
- Represent Chartwells - Schools and maintain a positive brand image
- Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
- Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
- Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Have experience supervising a team
- Have experience in a similar Chef role
- Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
- Have a flexible approach to working
