About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and developing delicious menus using local produce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local produce and meet financial targets
  • Manage stock and waste to minimize costs and maximize profitability
  • Support and develop the skills of the kitchen team to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent service
