Job Title: Medical Field Service Engineer, Laboratory Diagnostics

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at a leading supplier of medical laboratory diagnostics systems. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems used in pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.

About the Role:
  • Service, install, and repair a wide range of medical laboratory diagnostics systems
  • Support haematology, clinical chemistry, and laboratory automation systems located at hospital sites throughout the South East
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
About You:
  • Competent background in electronic or electro-mechanical service engineering
  • Experience in high-value capital equipment environment
  • Qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject (preferable)
