Job Title: Program Manager, Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Staff to join our team at Confluent Medical Technologies. As a Program Manager, Staff, you will be responsible for leading medical device projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope, plan, execute, and close medical device projects
  • Manage project budgets, risks, and schedules
  • Lead cross-functional teams through a systematic Stage Gate product development process
  • Organize and present key project metrics, progress, and risks during Project Reviews
  • Multi-task between projects as directed by Program Manager and VP

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Engineering, MS Degree in Engineering preferred
  • 6-8 years of project management experience in a regulated environment
  • PMP Certification and/or Professional Project Management Certificate preferred
