This opportunity is well-suited for a Conference and Banqueting Manager, F&B Manager, or a similar professional aiming to elevate their career.

The ideal candidate will oversee all food and beverage operations, with a significant emphasis on conference and banqueting services, ensuring that guests receive exceptional experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including dining establishments, bars, room service, and event catering.
Ensure efficient daily operations while upholding high standards of service and quality.

Conference and Banqueting Management:
Oversee and coordinate all elements of conference and banqueting services.
Work closely with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring all specifications are fulfilled.
Supervise the setup, execution, and dismantling of events, guaranteeing seamless service delivery.

Leadership and Team Development:
Recruit, train, and lead the food and beverage team to provide exceptional customer service.
Conduct regular team meetings to share objectives, policies, and procedures.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager or in a comparable role within the food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry, aspiring to progress to an F&B Manager position.

Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in managing budgets and financial plans.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
