Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients with disabilities or health conditions;
  • Ensuring accurate and fair evaluations by gathering detailed information and making informed decisions;
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor;
  • Full registration with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with a valid PIN and no restrictions;
  • Excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper.
Benefits and Working Conditions
  • A competitive salary of £45,650 (OTE) per annum, including a basic salary range of £38,500 - £41,500 and a quality & retention bonus of up to 10%;
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including company pension, life assurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and parental leave;
  • Flexible working hours, contracted for 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day, full-time).
