About the Opportunity

We are seeking Nurses, Paramedics, Physiotherapists, or Occupational Therapists to conduct assessments on behalf of the government. This role offers a blend of remote and office-based work, providing a dynamic work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary is £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, accompanied by a 5% retention bonus and rising to 10% quality & retention bonus (varies for part-time). The estimated annual OTE is approximately £45,650.

Flexible working hours allow you to choose between 3, 4, or 5 days a week. Our team is dedicated to supporting your professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • 12 months post-qualification experience
  • Active NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions
  • Right to work in the UK
  • No prior Functional Specialist experience is needed; our comprehensive training programme will equip you for success
