Personal Lines Account Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Handler to join our team at Reed. As a Personal Lines Account Handler, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough fact-finds to understand clients' insurance needs and preferences
- Search for and recommend the most competitive insurance products to meet clients' requirements
- Proactively follow up on outstanding sales quotes and close deals
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and negotiate with underwriters to secure insurance terms
- Assist clients with claims issues and renewals
- Experience working in personal lines insurance, preferably with a strong understanding of motor, home, travel, caravan, and legal expenses
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a win-win mindset
- Strong listening skills and an inquisitive mind
