Job Title: Back of House Team Member

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and outstanding guest care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitor food levels and maintain inventory, ensuring that we always have the right ingredients on hand.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our brand standards for food and operations, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Support the development of other team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
