Job Title: Fire Safety Risk Manager

Service Care Solutions is seeking a Fire Safety Risk Manager to oversee fire risk assessments and ensure compliance across buildings in Southwark. This is a full-time, temporary assignment offering £25 Umbrella LTD per hour (approx. £20.10 PAYE per hour).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Oversee fire risk assessments, inspections, and compliance actions. Coordinate surveyor visits and prioritize tasks.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Provide compliance reports and recommend remedial actions.
  • IT & Data: Manage fire safety databases and systems, ensuring integration with corporate systems. Compile and share risk data across departments.
  • Liaison & Project Coordination: Work with external agencies (HSE, London Fire) and internal teams (Building Control) on fire safety issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong Fire Safety and H&S knowledge, ideally with public sector experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work outside normal hours for meetings or events.
