Sodexo Live is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Retail team as Retail Matchday Managers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our guests at Craven Cottage, the iconic home of Fulham FC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the Retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

We are seeking enthusiastic college and university students, or those with flexible schedules, aged 18 and over. As a Retail Matchday Manager, you will be part of an incredible team working on exciting events such as Fulham Matchdays, daily Fulham operations, The Fulham Legacy Stand, Royal Ascot, Henley Regatta, and other prestigious Sodexo Live events.
