Job Title: Contractor Manager

About the Role:
This exciting 9-month contractor vacancy is available within our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Sourcing Team in Group Sourcing & Supplier Management (GS&SM). Our team plays a crucial role in delivering the bank's vision of putting customers first, supporting a net zero carbon economy, and building the bank of the future. We manage the Group's external spend to ensure it aligns with our goals in an effective and secure way.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced sourcing professional passionate about strategic, bold, and ambitious agendas. If you thrive on developing yourself and your team while challenging the status quo, we want to hear from you. You will lead sourcing strategy development and deployment within the BPO category, manage the full sourcing lifecycle from strategy to contract management, work collaboratively with supply chain management teams and senior stakeholders, and drive innovation and optimize processes for speed, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of BPO and offshoring engagements
- Collaborate with senior leadership, Supplier Management, Offshore Shared Services, and the Cost Management Team
- Influence stakeholders to shape our approach to outsourcing and offshoring BPO services
