Pharmaceutical Engineering Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Building Services Design Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design of mechanical building services systems for high-profile pharmaceutical and life sciences projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the development of mechanical building services designs for critical environments, including GMP pharmaceutical and biopharm clean rooms and utilities.
- Provide technical expertise to investigations, feasibility studies, concept and scheme designs, detailed design and construction support phase of projects.
- Collaborate with project delivery teams across the UK and internationally to deliver complex projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Chartered Engineer status.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in designing HVAC systems for critical environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
