We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Manager to join our team in Ashburton, Devon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with existing customers and partners.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Hunting and onboarding new customers to drive revenue growth
  • Supporting customers and partners to increase brand awareness and hit individual and team sales targets
  • Introducing core product sets to each account, focusing on strategic vendors
  • Profiling accounts to develop multiple contacts within each account at various levels
  • Reporting sales pipeline and account profitability to line managers

As a successful Sales Performance Manager, you will have a good standard of education, including Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C (or equivalent), and a minimum of two years sales experience.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, plus commission/bonus schemes.
