Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Assessment and Training specialist to join our team.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will have experience in electrical installations and a Level 3 qualification, with the ability to assess and monitor the progress of apprentices, liaising with both apprentices and employers, and working based at Sellafield.

About the Role:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our institution, training the next generation of engineers and playing a key role in their development. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in electrical installation and maintenance, as well as holding a Level 3 Qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing expert assessment and guidance to Electrical apprentices
  2. Fostering strong relationships with both apprentices and employers
  3. Contributing to the success of our institution by providing high-quality training and support

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in electrical installation and maintenance
  • Holding a Level 3 Qualification
  • Able to make a positive impact on the development of our apprentices
