Job Description

This role is all about building strong relationships with our hiring managers to understand their unique needs and requirements.

  • Identify, source, and attract top talent by creating innovative solutions for hard-to-fill vacancies or increasing applicant numbers.
  • Collaborate with the HR Team to design and implement effective recruitment practices.
  • Provide expert advice on all recruitment activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Work closely with the HR Director to develop and implement a comprehensive Recruitment & Retention Strategy.
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies and maintain an effective Preferred Supplier List.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to optimize onboarding processes.
  • Maintain our ATS (Hireful) and manage job adverts as needed.
  • PROMOTE PAYPLAN CAREER OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS.
  • Help Payplan become an 'employer of choice.'
  • Conduct surveys with colleagues to identify areas for improvement.
  • Present survey data to the HR Director and stakeholders, suggesting actionable solutions.
  • Utilize collected data to monitor colleague happiness and satisfaction, informing the Senior Leadership Team's decisions.
  • Previous experience in resourcing or recruitment in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a regulated setting with extensive pre-employment checks.
  • Able to create solutions to recruitment challenges.
  • Skilled at collecting and utilizing data to shape recruitment strategies.
  • A commercial mindset with analytical skills to improve performance.
  • Familiarity with staff surveys and their importance.Salary and Benefits

    We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an estimated salary of £52,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications, as well as additional benefits that reflect your value to our organization.
