Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the specification, delivery, and assurance of all technology infrastructure, encompassing data centres, network services, telephony, workstation management, servers, storage, and related software.
  • Collaborate with the Co Supply Partner to ensure availability, integrity, and security of all IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee the Co-Supply Partner's deployment of technology for various projects, influencing technological changes impacting the infrastructure.
  • Pioneer robust, scalable, and secure solutions that support our organisation's evolving needs, shaping and delivering our technology infrastructure.
  • Develop the team's capabilities, aligning infrastructure and security roles with the need to support ongoing transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A visionary leader in technology infrastructure, adept in complex, dynamic environments.
  • Hands-on management approach ensuring solution scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Experienced technical team leader with sound negotiation and influencing skills affecting internal and external stakeholders.
  • Architect of complex projects and programmes, designed in an inclusive and participatory manner.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL, Citrix, DevOps, Email Authentication, and AWS, with strong advocacy for Cloud-based ways of working.
