Electrical Maintenance Engineer - A Challenging Opportunity in FM Service Provision

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established FM service provider, offering a unique chance to work on a commercial estate in Moorgate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance on commercial buildings
  • Work with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of critical plant, including UPS systems, generators, control panels, and power distribution
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lighting installation, fault-finding, and lamp changing
  • Assist with emergency lighting, hydraulics, pneumatics, air conditioning, and water treatment
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of BMS systems and UPS systems

Requirements:

  1. City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Mechanical qualifications
  2. City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition certification
  3. Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  4. Understanding of critical plant, including UPS systems, generators, control panels, and power distribution
  5. Multi-skilled with excellent communication and customer service skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary up to £47,000
  • 25 days' holiday + 1 day for birthday
  • Call-out allowance of £200 per week (1 in 5)
