About the Role:
As a key member of our Property Claims team, you'll be responsible for managing a caseload, ensuring we consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your superpower? Keeping things moving smoothly
Your Day-to-Day:
Proactive Case Management: You'll own your caseload, driving cases to settlement while balancing service, cost, and time.
Customer Interactions: Whether it's clients or direct customers, you'll handle interactions with professionalism and a dash of TCF (Treating Customers Fairly).
Third-Party Wizardry: Managing suppliers? You've got this
Craftsmanship: Your work will be top-notch, following internal processes and guidelines.
