This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious motion designer to significantly impact our brand's marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and overseeing the creation of high-quality motion graphics for various marketing channels, including social media, web, and video
  • Collaborating with creative producers, copywriters, and graphic designers to produce cohesive and engaging visual content
  • Leading brainstorming sessions and providing creative direction to ensure innovative and effective motion design solutions
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Staying current with industry trends and integrating best practices into the motion design workflow
  • Mentoring junior motion designers and providing constructive feedback to foster their professional growth
  • Enhancing the visual storytelling of our brand, driving higher engagement and conversion rates
  • Supporting the achievement of ambitious company revenue targets through compelling and innovative motion design

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and editing techniques
  • Proven experience in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, and other motion design software
  • Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects
  • Proven proficiency in Figma or similar software
  • Proven experience leading creative projects and managing a team of designers
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all motion graphics
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and user acquisition (UA) creatives
  • Expert knowledge of performance marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, YT, Google, Reddit, etc.

Experience in the tech or digital marketing industry is a plus, as is familiarity with 3D experience, app store optimization (ASO) creatives, and CRM.
