Job Title: Motion Design Lead

Job Summary:

The Motion Design Lead is responsible for leading and organizing teams of designers, animators, artists, and technologists to deliver world-class content that exceeds the expectations of the initial client brief. This role requires an unwavering eye to detail and an ability to use the design process as a method of solving creative challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize teams of designers, animators, artists, and technologists to deliver world-class content.
  • Use the design process to solve creative challenges and deliver high-quality results.
  • Work closely with the Head of Design and the Operations team to identify strengths and resource projects with the best-fitting talent.
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of the proprietary pipeline, tools, and hardware.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading teams and inspiring others.
  • Expert knowledge of Cinema 4D and a working knowledge of Houdini, AE, and CS suite.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with current design trends and technology.
  • Highly organized and able to identify strengths and weaknesses within team members.
  • Calm and resourceful under pressure with a knack for problem-solving on a deadline.
