Transportation Management Specialist

Do you have a passion for logistics and transportation? We are seeking a skilled Night Transport Administrator to join our team in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
This part-time position offers the opportunity to work independently, managing vehicle operations and building relationships with drivers and subcontractors. The role involves controlling the day-to-day running of vehicles across our network, working 2 nights one week and 3 nights the other, from 22:00 to 06:00.
About the Job Description
This role requires someone with a good level of administration experience who can work on their own initiative. A flexible and adaptable way of working is essential, as well as proven reliability.
Responsibilities
- Controlling the day-to-day running of vehicles
- Building on relations with drivers and subcontractors
- Communicating problems/issues with customer services
- Ensuring subcontractors are updated with correct costs
- Updating customer KPIs to ensure customer targets are achieved and maintained
- Other general transport administration
About the Benefits
