Levitate Recruitment, a leading specialist in Accountancy and Insolvency Recruitment, is partnering with a prominent Restructuring & Insolvency firm to find an exceptional Insolvency Administrator. This exciting opportunity will enable you to grow professionally and advance to a Senior Administrator role in a short timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, comprising corporate cases, and handle retention of title, secured, preferential, and unsecured claims with assistance when needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to continue trading on site and prepare associated documentation for statutory meetings.
  • Handle day-to-day correspondence, including non-standard correspondence, and prepare accurate books and records inventories.
  • Take responsibility for safeguarding, removing, and storing company records and documents.
  • Perform data entry and scanning of case documents as required.
  • Complete banking and cheque request forms to ensure proper handling of estate monies.
  • Prepare VAT returns and maintain and update IPS case diaries.
  • Liaise with professional agents and prepare supporting documents for sale contracts.
  • Update and maintain case checklists and attend meetings in and out of the office when necessary.
  • Participate in internal and external marketing events as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Recovery, with previous experience in Liquidations being essential.
  • Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but experience and commitment to the role are more important.
