Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, comprising corporate cases, and take ownership of the associated documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to continue trading on site, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Prepare and review retention of title, secured, preferential, and unsecured claims, with assistance when needed.
  • Develop and maintain accurate books and records inventories, and oversee the safeguarding, removal, and storage of company assets.
  • Perform data entry and scanning of case documents as required, and complete banking and cheque request forms to ensure estate monies are handled correctly.
  • Prepare VAT returns and maintain IPS case diaries, ensuring up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with professional agents and prepare supporting documents for sale contracts.
  • Update and maintain case checklists, and participate in internal and external marketing events as needed.
  • Attend and assist at meetings, both in and out of the office, when required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Recovery, with previous experience in Liquidations being essential.
  • Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but experience and commitment to the role are more important.
