Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team as a Professional Support Lawyer for our Private Investment Funds practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our partners and lawyers, ensuring the smooth delivery of client work and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor legal, regulatory, and market developments in the private investment funds space to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
  • Collaborate with our partners to identify training needs and develop effective training programs and materials.
  • Prepare business development presentations and pitch decks for clients and prospective clients.
  • Provide reports and analysis as needed to support business development and client service initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of our practice's knowledge management systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer in the private investment funds space.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and international private investment funds law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
