The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 and Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996. You will be responsible for making Section 184 decisions, utilising your analytical skills to identify effective solutions for vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on Homelessness Prevention strategies and policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience in Homelessness Prevention or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team, contributing to the reduction of homelessness in the Midlands area. The salary for this position is £30 per hour, paid on a contract basis. With regular office hours (2 days per week), this role offers flexibility and autonomy.
