Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule
  • Perform quality checks according to established processes and document results
  • Maintain housekeeping and organization of the work area
  • Follow TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures

Leadership and Supervision:

  • Lead a cell by managing workload, production, and staff
  • Supervise, set, and operate first/second operation machines to accurate specifications
  • Deputize in the absence of supervision

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Liaise with other departments and managers when required
  • Ensure company procedures and policies are maintained
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations

Training and Development:

  • Carry out and plan training for apprentices and staff in development

Requirements:

  • Day-to-day supervision of staff
  • Split daily output as 50% indirect and 50% direct work
  • Responsible for other cells in the absence of supervision
