Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Manager to join our team. As a Retail Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers in carrying out tasks required by clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers
- Communicating with management on progress and end of project sign off
- Carrying out health and safety inductions and checks
- Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominantly nights)
- Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts
- Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard
- Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites/stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis
- Removing and replacing stock with the use of client plans and systems
- Adjusting shelf heights
- Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor, with the use of roll cages and pallet trucks
- Stock replenishment
- Travelling will be involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away
Desirable Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to make decisions and prioritise
- Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision or managing people
- Methodical approach and keen attention to detail
- Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved
- Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude
- Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
