Main Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based care to patients and their families, promoting a high standard of care and adhering to the St Kentigern Hospice philosophy of care.
- Work as a member of the multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care, integrating nursing care with psychosocial and spiritual needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and support.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience of working in a palliative care setting, preferably in a hospice environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required.
