We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

**Job Summary:** This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth, focusing on delivering high-quality proactive HR support, guidance, and advice to line managers and employees on company employment policies, practices, and processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver effective training and learning solutions to serve a range of business needs and achieve business goals.
  • Develop and recommend policies for personnel and industrial relations.
  • Support the creation of a culture of continuous learning, upholding, and promoting the stated values of the company.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with line managers and employees, contributing to the achievement of business objectives and the strategic aims of the company.
  • Ensure all matters related to employment law, company employment policies, and data protection are implemented compliantly.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • HR experience required in a similar setting.
  • A generalist HR background in the Hospitality sector, ideally within hotels.
  • A learning and development qualification.
  • The ability to work in a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A strong internal and external customer focus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A good understanding of UK employment law and related legislation.
  • High standards of personal and professional ethics.

**Working Conditions:** Full-time, remote work not available. **Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
