Hours: Part-Time/ 16 Hours Available/ Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to join our welcoming Cooplands bakery. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not around, and will play a key part in ensuring the team is operating smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery when the Manager is not present
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales and increase profitability
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
  • Get involved with food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers

Requirements:

  • Team leader experience or experience within hospitality/retail
  • Availability to work between 6.00am and 18.00pm
