Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead and motivate our retail team at Cooplands Bakery. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery during the Manager's absence
  • Ensure store cleanliness and food preparation standards are met
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in food preparation and serving

Requirements:

We are looking for a Team Leader with team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail who is ready to step into a managerial role. You should be available to work between 6.00am and 18.00pm, although we can be flexible and try to accommodate your availability.
