Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investments Administrator to join our team at DBCharles Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless administration and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clients and internal teams, including diary management, documentation processing, and record upkeep.
  • Work closely with our Investment team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Manage client relationships, respond to queries, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with new account openings, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a client services administration or investment support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with systems such as Omni, Virtual Cabinet, and Intelliflo would be an advantage.
  • Able to commit to an office-based role near Enderby, Leicester, with flexible hybrid working arrangements post-training and probation period.
