Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Investments Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless client interactions and providing top-notch administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to clients and manage various investment portfolios.
- Collaborate closely with the Investment team to enhance service delivery.
- Manage diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Process documentation and policies accurately.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Facilitate the opening of new accounts.
- Communicate effectively with service providers.
- Handle client queries with professionalism.
- Oversee email management and correspondence.
- Assist with invoicing and financial documentation.
- Engage in additional administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Experience in Client Services Administration or Investment support.
- Background in providing administrative assistance within Financial Services.
- Possession of a CII Award or similar qualifications is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A collaborative team player with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with systems such as Omni, Virtual Cabinet, and Intelliflo is a plus.
- A commitment to an office-based role with potential for hybrid working after training.
Working Hours: This position operates Monday to Friday, with specific hours designed to promote work-life balance.
