Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to clients and manage various investment portfolios.

  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with service providers.

  • Engage in additional administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Experience in Client Services Administration or Investment support.
  • Background in providing administrative assistance within Financial Services.
  • Possession of a CII Award or similar qualifications is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A collaborative team player with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Omni, Virtual Cabinet, and Intelliflo is a plus.
  • A commitment to an office-based role with potential for hybrid working after training.

Working Hours: This position operates Monday to Friday, with specific hours designed to promote work-life balance.
