Job Summary

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred, recovery-focused care and treatment for individuals experiencing mental illness. You will work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality care, promoting independence, community integration, and strengthened daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals, ensuring they progress towards their goals of community integration and improved mental health.
  • Work collaboratively within the Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver person-centred care, promoting recovery and independence.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each service user.
  • Contribute to service development, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of care provided.
