We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care team in Bishops Stortford. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our care services meet the highest standards.
As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for managing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a high level of care and service. You will also be responsible for managing a team of care workers and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to provide exceptional care.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of the Registered Manager include:
- Managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Leading a team of care workers and providing guidance and support
- Ensuring that care services meet the highest standards
- Managing processes and ensuring that they are correctly followed and documented
- Maintaining a high level of care and service
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification
- Experience managing a care facility, ideally in domiciliary care
- Strong budget management and business acumen skills
- Commercial skills and the ability to excel in a leadership role
- A solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework governing our services
