HSE Manager

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving cultural change within the Health & Safety team and the wider site to ensure compliance with ISO standards and improving our global headquarters and its processes.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of HSE principles and practices. You will be responsible for managing ISO Certifications related to HSE and audit programs for the facility, developing and executing energy reduction and training/competency programs, and supporting the implementation of the 12 global standards for the whole facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems proactively. Key Responsibilities:- Manage ISO Certifications related to HSE and audit programs for the facility
- Develop and execute energy reduction and training/competency programs

- NEBOSH qualification
- Experience within a HSE environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
