Job Title: HSE Manager

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Health and Safety team, you will play a critical role in driving cultural change and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of HSE principles and practices. You will be responsible for managing ISO certifications, developing and executing energy reduction and training programs, and supporting the implementation of global standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. If you are a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about HSE, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage ISO certifications and audit programs
  • Develop and execute energy reduction and training programs
  • Support the implementation of global standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HSE initiatives
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH qualification
  • Experience in a HSE environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
